Jacqueline Vreeland

     This memorial website was created to remember Jacqueline V. Vreeland who was born in New York, New York on June 27, 1936 and passed away on November 28, 2008. She will live forever in our memories and hearts.

     Jacqueline V. Vreeland, 72, of Peoria, formerly of Mendota, passed away at 10:25 a.m. on Friday, November 28, 2008, at ManorCare in Peoria.

     Jacqueline was born in New York, New York on June 27, 1936, daughter of Walter and Frances (Koch) Duff. She married Donald Austin Vreeland in New York, New York. He preceded he in death. She is survived by her cousin, Alice O'Hanlon, of Marseilles, Illinois.

     Jacquelin was formerly the manager for New York City Telephone Company. After moving to Peoria, she was employed as a receptionist for the South Side Mission. She was of the Catholic faith.

     Private family services will be held and there will be no public visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the South Side Mission of Peoria.

     Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Clary Funeral Home in Peoria.
